At Realcomm Conference Group, LLC (Realcomm), the privacy and confidentiality of personally identifiable user information (your name, e-mail address or mailing address) is important. Realcomm will not disclose personally identifiable user information to any third party without consent, except as set in this privacy statement. Aggregated data, which does not include personally identifiable user information may be used and disclosed at Realcomm’s discretion.

We currently collect and store the following information:

IP Address – Your IP or “Internet Protocol” address and other site usage data is used to gather broad demographic information. One way this data is used is to determine how visitors use our Web site.

Cookies – Realcomm uses “cookies,” small files stored by your browser to help keep track of your user profile. The cookies do not currently record or collect personally identifiable information. Cookies profiles are used for convenience; to deliver content we believe may fulfill your needs. We also use cookies to track user trends and improve areas of our site that our users find valuable.

Realcomm also uses analytics data and the DoubleClick cookie to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to our website. Registration – Some areas of the Realcomm web site include registration forms that require users to give us contact information (like your name), unique identifiers (such as your e-mail address), demographic information (like your Zip code) and business information of interest.

You agree we may use customer contact information from registration forms to send you information related to our programs and activities, or to respond to your requests. We are permitted to use your e-mail as a unique identifier in our record system, to verify communications from you, and to send you information. We may also pass details about you to affiliates or other carefully selected, reputable companies, who may send you information about their products and/or services. We do not share your credit card information.

Realcomm is in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and complies with the principles of GDPR. You have the opportunity to unsubscribe from each Realcomm e-mail communications at any time via a link at the bottom of the e-mail. If you unsubscribe from our e-mail mailing list, you understand that Realcomm will no longer send you e-mails, and your personal information will not be utilized for any future endeavors, with the exception of periodic postal mailings regarding Realcomm events and news.

We do collect reporting and tracking information related to how users respond to the e-mail newsletters we send. We analyze this data for internal use and will not sell or transfer this data.

Outside Links – Realcomm has links to other Web sites. Be aware that other sites may collect data and personal information and operate according to their own privacy practices. Please remember that, once outside of www.realcomm.com, any information you submit is outside of our control.

Comments

Media

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
